When established in 1982, PT. Fuji Dharma Electric was a joint venture among an Indonesian company PT.DHARMA PERKASA SAKTI and 2 Japanese companies, FUJI ELECTRIC Co.Ltd., and Sumitomo Corporation as a foreign investment company. The company started the production in 1983, with the main business manufacturing Kilo Watt Hour Meter ( kWh Meter ) to be supplied to the domestic and foreign market. All the production process is performed in accordance to the standard of IEC, BS, JIS or SPLN.

To ensure the company performing the best products and services, all the procedure of each activity, mainly in manufacturing process and after sales service, is tightly supervised by technicians.Operating with high technology equipments and qualified employees, the company provides its customers with the best products and services.

In line with the progress and development of the business, in 2008 the company performed transformation as PT,. Dharma Perkasa Sakti and Fuji Electric Co acquired Sumitomo Corporation’s shares, making the shareholders of PT. Fuji Dharma Electric consists of PT. DHARMA PERKASA SAKTI and FUJI ELECTRIC CO. Ltd only. And in 2015 , PT. Fuji Dharma Electric acquired Fuji Electric Co shares and has turned into a domestic investment company.
